Towards a Digital Government

I'm a technology consultant who has spent the past four years leading projects that build the future of government operations. The projects have sought innovative ways to use technology to reimagine operations and processes throughout the government. Here are a few of the projects on which I've worked.

Product Management. 

Technical product manager for an enterprise product lifecycle management tool implementation at the US Mint that is used to track the yearly portfolio of coins from initial design to consumer.

Digital Strategy. 

Established consolidation and growth strategy for the military medical digital platform that drove 400% increase in active users (6,000 to 30,000+).

Web Development. 

Built custom collaboration sites and applications designed to help medical personnel care for patients, to improve access to data, and to decrease the potential for human error.

Medical Technology Innovation. 

Facilitated sessions with 30 military medical experts to design future state of medical data capture in 650 military treatment facilities throughout the world.

Electonic Health Records. 

Drafted policy for creating single electronic medical treatment record for active duty Service members, which expedited benefits adjudication and decreased Veteran benefits claims backlog 80% (600,000 to 100,000 unprocessed forms.
