Improving Contract Management

Federal agency Contracting Office Representatives (CORs) frequently manage a portfolio of contracts with different companies. Each contract can have dozens of associated task orders and modifications, as well as a large number of relevant documents. The process of managing these contracts is largely manual and done in a variety of spreadsheets and folders. 

The eCOR Binder solves many of the problems associated with contract management and allows a COR to have a single source of information for all contracts, from contract end dates to financial information. Site security ensured that only authorized users had access to sensitive contract data.

The graphics were created in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The technical environment was Microsoft SharePoint.
